The story of former candy maker Elias Wesset has been revived, and the candy machine in the café offers sweets for both young and old.

In food preparation, we prefer local ingredients and use the principle “from nose to tail and root to flower.” Our aim is to move steadily toward a more sustainable environment. For this, we first return to the “roots” of our ancestors, using plenty of fermentation, pickling, and preserves in our kitchen. We carefully ensure that we get the most out of the ingredients that reach us. When you visit us, you can choose between two tasting menus. The first is “Local Journey,” where we use only Estonian ingredients, and the second is “Baltic Sea Journey,” where, depending on the season, we may use ingredients that grow in or around the Baltic Sea. For both menus, we have three exceptions: sugar, salt, and, of course, chocolate, without which life would be simply difficult.
