With a Rumble of Buckets Toward the Stars

“With a Rumble of Buckets Toward the Stars” is a cozy evening of conversation where real stories are shared. The Pärnu County Chamber of Commerce, together with Pärnu Postimees, plans to organize these rumbling bucket events 2-3 times a year, with each meeting being unique and special thanks to the involvement of top executives.

The series kicks off on February 27 at Villa Wesset, where Siiri Erala, editor-in-chief of Pärnu Postimees, will interview Jaanus Vihand, who has extensive leadership experience and currently leads A. Le Coq.
The event will also feature the Brackmann Heritage Leadership Masterclass laureate panel: Pärnumaa’s top-rated leaders will provide their own solutions to the leadership challenges highlighted by the keynote speaker. Of course, the audience is also included: if you have a difficult leadership dilemma, you can present it to the experts for discussion!
