Gift Card Purchase Terms
1.1. Hotel Wesset OÜ (hereinafter the hotel) offers the gift card for purchase via the online store and at the hotel reception;
1.2. The gift card may be purchased for any chosen amount, with a minimum amount of 10 euros;
1.3. If the total value of the services used exceeds the value of the gift card, the gift card holder must pay the difference;
1.4. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, any unused balance will not be refunded;
1.5. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash;
1.6. The validity period of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase;
1.7. A gift card that has exceeded its validity period will not be accepted and will be cancelled;
1.8. A damaged or lost gift card will not be exchanged for a new card or cash;
1.9. Reproduction of the gift card in any form is not permitted.
1.10. The gift card is a means of payment; please be sure to present it to the service provider when paying for a service.

2. Procedure for Purchasing the Gift Card
2.1. The gift card is purchased through the electronic trading system at https://wesset.ee/kinkekaart
2.2. When purchasing the gift card, the buyer completes the order form and pays the selected amount using the electronic payment system of the chosen bank;
2.3. The buyer will be notified about the purchased gift card via the email address provided on the order form;
2.4. The purchased gift card may only be used by its owner.
3. Entry into Force of the Terms
3.1. The agreement becomes effective at the moment the buyer clicks the “I AGREE TO THE TERMS” button.
4. Delivery of the Gift Card
4.1. The gift card will be sent in electronic form (.pdf) to the email address provided on the buyer’s order form within 1 (one) business day;
4.2. The gift card can be collected at the hotel reception at Supeluse 26, Pärnu;
4.3. The gift card can be sent via Smartpost, with a delivery time of up to 3 (three) days.
5. Use and Validity of the Gift Card
5.1. A monetary gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue. If the gift card is not used within its validity period, the service is deemed to have been provided;
5.2. A gift card including accommodation is not valid during the high season (June–August, 3 months);
5.2. With regard to the service provision date indicated on the gift card, the gift card holder must contact the phone number and email address stated on the gift card, provide the gift card number, book the service, and appear at the designated place at the agreed time;
5.3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund will be given for an unused gift card.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. Payment for the gift card can be made through the bank link (e-bank) of Estonian banks;
6.2. After filling out the gift card order form, click on the link of the chosen bank, which will direct you to the selected online bank along with the payment information provided by wesset.ee. The information exchanged between the bank and the wesset.ee environment is secured with digital signatures. The hotel will not have access to your bank account information, only whether the payment was made or not.
7. Confidentiality
8.1. The personal data provided when placing an order and making a purchase in the online environment are confidential and will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. The hotel will not disclose the client’s personal data to third parties without the client’s consent.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
8.1. The buyer has the right to:
8.1.1. When purchasing a gift card from the online store, the consumer has the right to cancel the sales contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the gift card (in the case of an online purchase, from the day the hotel sent the gift card to the desired email address). The transaction cannot be cancelled if the unique code stated on the gift card has already been used;
8.1.2. to demand timely and proper provision of the ordered services, except in cases stipulated in this agreement.
8.2. The buyer is obliged to:
8.2.1. return the gift card to the hotel at the buyer’s expense within 15 days in the manner provided in section 8.1.1 in the event of contract cancellation;
8.2.2. provide all information required by the intermediary when ordering services.
8.3. The hotel has the right to:
9.3.1. to refuse the provision of services if the buyer has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of ordering services or thereafter, or has not provided all required information.
8.4. The hotel is obliged to:
9.4.1. cancel the gift card within 15 days after receiving notification of cancellation in the manner provided in section 8.1.1 and to refund the amount paid for the gift card to the buyer. Postage paid for delivery is non-refundable;
9.4.2. comply with the confidentiality requirements set forth in chapter 7 of the agreement.
9. Amendments to the Terms
9.1. The hotel reserves the right to change the requirements, terms, and conditions under which the gift cards are sold, and you agree and confirm that you will abide by the requirements, terms, and conditions that are in effect at the time you purchase the gift card.
10. Procedure for Filing Complaints
10.1. If you have any complaints regarding the purchase or use of the gift card, please send your complaint in writing to info@wesset.ee.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Disputes arising from the ordering and purchase of services through the intermediary of the client and the hotel shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the client has the right to seek protection of their rights from the Consumer Protection Board. In resolving disputes and issues not covered by these terms, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
