Welcome to Villa Wesseti’s Chef’s Hall!

We offer a unique opportunity for a culinary journey in our Chef’s Hall, where we highly value local produce and carefully ensure that everything arriving from our farmers finds its rightful place on the menu.

Taste sensations can be enjoyed around an L‑shaped table with up to 7 guests, and the entire dinner is prepared right before your eyes.

In preparing our food, we prefer local ingredients and adhere to the principle “from nose to tail and from root to table.”

Our ambition is to move swiftly toward a more sustainable environment. To achieve this, we first return to the “roots” of our ancestors and make extensive use of fermentation, marinating, and preservation in our kitchen. We take great care to make the most of the ingredients that come to us.

Chef’s Hall Degustation Menu

When you visit us, you can choose between two degustation menus.

The first is “Local Journey”, where we use only Estonian ingredients, and the second is “Baltic Journey”, where, depending on the season, we may use ingredients grown in or along the Baltic Sea. For both menus, there are three exceptions: sugar, salt, and, of course, chocolate – without which life would simply be difficult.
